Inspired by the vibrant Black media of my 90's childhood, this painting celebrates Black Love's light and inspiration with bright, vibrant colors. It reflects on the decline of positive portrayals of Black families on TV and the resilience of Black love despite adversity. bell hooks' notion of love's endurance in craftsmanship resonates deeply. Black people's capacity for love, evident in everyday gestures, holds immense power. Recognizing and valuing this love could create a better world for everyone.
